Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&Cs”) govern the use of the Mon Avantage benefits programme by its members.
1. Scope of Application
These T&Cs apply to all services provided by Mon Avantage within the members’ area. Deviating or supplementary conditions shall not apply unless expressly confirmed in writing. These T&Cs apply to all memberships and services offered under the Mon Avantage programme, regardless of the respective variant or term.
2. Description of Services
Mon Avantage offers its members the following services:
- Euromillions: Participation through organised syndicates in the Euromillions draws during an active membership. Participation takes place within collective game systems managed by authorised partners. Mon Avantage itself does not act as a lottery organiser or intermediary.
- Cashback: Refunds on purchases in accordance with the conditions and limits described in the members’ area. Credits are issued after successful verification of submitted receipts. The decision regarding the acceptance of a receipt is based on objective criteria. Rejected receipts may be resubmitted if corrected or completed.
- Optional Fuel Discount: Price advantage when refuelling at participating stations, as shown in the members’ area.
Details, eligibility criteria and possible restrictions of each service are transparently presented in the members’ area and can be accessed there at any time.
3. Membership & Use
The use of the services requires an active membership as well as correct and up-to-date member data. Changes to personal data must be communicated to Mon Avantage without delay.
The membership has a minimum term of three (3) months. After the expiry of this minimum term, the membership is automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) month, unless terminated by the member or by Mon Avantage with a notice period of 14 days before the end of the current renewal period. Termination may be made in text form (e.g. by email).
The member will be informed in due time before the end of the current term about the upcoming renewal and the option to terminate. Upon termination of the membership, access to Mon Avantage services automatically ends on the last day of the applicable contract period.
4. Commencement of Services
The provision of services begins after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period. Before this period expires, no participation in Euromillions draws or cashback processing takes place.

5. Submission of Receipts (Cashback)
For cashback processing, receipts must be complete, legible and submitted on time. Multiple submissions of the same receipt and manipulated receipts are excluded. Further information (e.g. accepted formats, maximum file size, deadlines) is provided in the upload area of the members’ section. Mon Avantage reviews submitted receipts based on uniform criteria; members are notified of the result.
6. Availability & Changes
Mon Avantage strives to ensure high availability of its services. Maintenance or updates may lead to temporary restrictions. Content, partner offers and service scopes may be adjusted, provided that such changes do not materially impair members’ rights. Members will be informed of such changes in advance in the members’ area.
7. Liability
Mon Avantage shall be liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for minor negligence is excluded – except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations or injury to life, body or health. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected. This limitation of liability applies within the scope of the applicable national legal provisions.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further details can be found in the privacy policy linked in the members’ area.

10. Final Provisions
If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
French law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the member’s country of residence provide otherwise. The place of jurisdiction is Paris, unless the customer has a general place of jurisdiction within the European Union.
